MATERIALS All of our jewelry is made from quality materials. Our beads are metal, glass, stone, shell and freshwater pearl. For our wire wrapped jewelry, we use Silver plated, solid Sterling Silver or tarnish resistant Copper wire. Information on our Materials
VARIATIONS Every piece is unique and the piece you receive will be very similar to the one shown but not exactly like it. All of the stones / pearls / natural materials used in our jewelry are slightly different. And each piece is handcrafted. So variations should be expected and even valued as part of the handcrafted nature of our jewelry.
EAR WIRES Our ear wires are Sterling Silver or Copper colored Sterling Silver. Soft, clear plastic earring backs are included.
CLIP-ON EARRINGS If you do not have pierced ears, silver tone clip-on earring attachments are available. Add a note to request clip-on earrings in the shopping cart before checkout.
METAL ALLERGIES If you would like to wear pierced earrings but are very sensitive to various metals, consider purchasing “anti-allergy earring sleeves”. These are plastic inserts that fit into the holes in your ears. You then put the earrings through the sleeves. Then you can wear earrings without having them come in contact with your skin.
TRAVELING Remember that our Lariat Necklaces are the perfect accessory for traveling! You can toss your Lariat into your travel bag (with the matching earrings) and your accessories are taken care of!
PROCESSING TIME / LIMITED AVAILABILITY We try to keep our items in stock but there may be limited availability at times. Please allow 3 days processing time, in case an item needs to be made to complete your order.
ALLOW EXTRA SHIPPING TIME FOR GIFTS Please allow extra time for shipping when ordering jewelry as a gift that is needed by a certain date.
MISSING ITEMS We are sorry if you have encountered a problem with shipping. However, we cannot be held responsible for items that were lost during shipping or may have been stolen after they were delivered. If you encounter a problem, please file a claim with the shipping carrier or file a report with the police. If after 30 days your package was genuinely lost in transit and was never marked as delivered, please contact us and we will offer either a partial or full store credit towards replacing your items - at our discretion.
